Nutrition Research and Food Science Journal (NRFSJ) is a peer reviewed international journal publishes papers concerned with all aspects of the Nutrition, Food and Advanced studies.
The principal focus of the Journal is to publish the research that advances the understanding of nutrients, dietary components and health protectants in food for improving human condition.
Topics covered include metabolomics, Attitudes of food and nutrition, food safety and hygiene, nutrient and gene interactions, nutritional biochemistry and metabolism, nutritional anthropology and epidemiology, nutrient requirements in health and disease, digestion and absorption and role of Nutritional aspects in Ageing, Diabetes, cancer, immunity.
