Archives of Law and Economics (ALE) is an open access, peer-reviewed journal with broad scope covering all zones of broad range of topics, including the economic analysis of law, industrial organization and antitrust policy, the political economy of legislation and legislative processes, the economic analysis of regulation and the behavior of regulated firms, law and finance, and corporate finance and governance.
